Grizzly's Workshop

Key Club members gathered at Health Careers Academy High School for the Grizzly’s Workshop event on Saturday, December 7th. Members brought donations of stuffed animals, toys, accessories, fluffy socks, small blankets, and candy for the event to run smoothly. The event began with some fun icebreakers such as an odd game of charades and an intense game of earthquake. After everyone’s heart was pumping and spirits were up the service began. Members were split into groups to wrap gifts, make gift baskets, goodie bags, and so much more. Everyone was feeling the holiday spirits with the fitting music playing in the background for everyone to sing along. The hard working grizzlies ended the day with total of 88 presents wrapped, 175 goodie bags, 13 gift baskets, and 15 gift bags packed onto Santa’s sleigh getting ready to be shipped to the Kiwanis Family House.
