Rise and Shine! - The Lincoln grizzlies gathered bright and early at 7:30 AM to volunteer at the Emergency Food Bank. On the Monday right before Thanksgiving, runners went back and forth to carry food boxes for Stockton residents. Each box being filled with a turkey, canned foods along with some eggs and dairy products were heavily hauled by our strong grizzlies! It was enlightening to see them meet new people, see some smiles and learn new experiences through the service event. Some new grizzlies joined the pack as it was their first time serving the community. Through the long morning, their commitment, enthusiasm and hard work made a difference in lives and made the event all the more fun!
