At the Candidate Training Conference, Key Clubbers from Region 16, D23, D32, D39, and D45 gathered over Zoom to explore the role of Lieutenant Governor. This was an opportunity for Key Clubbers to understand the duties and responsibilities of LTG. For example, Key Clubbers learned time management, communication, delegation, and many more valuable lessons. Furthermore, Key Clubbers learned how to effectively lead their Division into achieving success as Lieutenant Governors. Key Clubbers had the chance to practice answering caucus questions to prepare for Conclave, where the next Lieutenant Governor would be elected. It was definitely a test of courage for many Key Clubbers to unmute and volunteer to answer caucus questions in front of a crowd of people over Zoo. However, it was a challenge that many found beneficial for growth in public speaking skills.
