The 2nd annual Awake-A-Thon is here! The overnight hangout was a huge success bringing Key Clubbers all around the region together for a huge sleepover. The event kicked off with performances from brave members that sung and danced their hearts out and were cheered on by the rest of the members in the audience. In between each awesome performance was fun games that everyone was passionate about. During free time that made up most of the Awake-A-Thon. People had so many options on how to spend that free time like doing service, karaoke, board games, video games, or even watching movies. The karaoke room was filled with everyone singing popular songs at the top of their lungs. By the end of the day, everyone’s voices were gone but spirit levels were even higher. Even though everyone was struggling to stay awake, people persevered and did their best to continue on with all the fun. Others stayed awake by staying active and doing sports activities like badminton and volleyball. The intense games continued on all throughout the night with the eager players wanting to win. When the end of the Awake-A-Thon came, everyone was sad to leave each other, but were so excited to go home to their comfy beds and finally rest, most tried to ignore the fact that they had school the next day.
