Both officers and members from division 27 gathered at Delta Community College for the Officer Training Conference on June 22, 2019. Everyone had a great time learning key skills, and choosing which sessions to attend. Session one taught current and aspiring club officers about being a Key Club officer. People learned how to be successful in a certain role they chose. Session two and three provided lessons on other skills members and officers should
learn. These skills included conducting ice breakers, photography, and simple skills like teamwork. These sessions were not only useful for Key Club though. All these skills that were taught at the OTC can be incorporated in real life situations like working in groups for a school project or even in future job occupations. During lunch, attendees enjoyed complimentary pizza and beverages and participated in the monthly DCM.
